What does it do ? :

Promotes healthy function of the liver, gall bladder, bile passages, and intestines. Resolves damp-heat and toxic heat in the liver and gallbladder, harmonizes the middle burner. Developed specifically to treat acute and chronic gallstone inflammation. Used in China to dissolve and remove gallstones. Can be used for pathological excess in the Gallbladder Channel.


Functions: Clear bile ducts; eliminate inflammation Application: Use to treat acute jaundice due to damp heat (yang jaundice). Use to treat acute or chronic inflammation in the bile ducts, or acute or chronic cholecyctitis. Use to treat gallstones cholecystolithiasis); this formula will help to excel the smaller stones, less than 1 cm in diameter (Nankai Hospital, Tianjin, China).


Ingredients:

Baikal Skullcap Root, Costus Root, Lysimachia Christinae Herb, Honeysuckle Flower, Capillary Artemisia Herb, Chinese Thoroughwax Root, Dryer's Woad Leaves, Chinese Rhubarb Rhizome.

Huang qin, Tu mu xiang, Jin qian cao, Jin yin hua, Yin chen hao, Chai hu, Da qing ye, Da huang.

 

Cautions & Contraindications:

Contraindicated during pregnancy and menstruation. Contraindicated for very weak or deficient patients. Use with caution in breast-feeding women as Da huang/rhubarb can pass through the breast milk causing colic and diarrhea in infants. May cause mild abdominal cramping in sensitive patients. Use with caution in Spleen deficient patients with a tendency to loose stools, diarrhea, poor appetite or chronic digestive weakness.
