black and green tea. Oolong tea is commonly served as the house tea in
chinese restaurants in the US.

Directions:
Hot Tea preparation (single serving) - Pour 6 oz of simmering water (170 deg-180 deg F preferred) over 1 tea bag. Steep 2-4 minutes. Sun Tea preparation for a half-gallon pitcher (2 qts): Use 7 tea bags for each half-gallon of water. Place tea bag in half-gallon jar filled with water. Cap jar loosely and place in sunshine. Steep 3-4 hours. Remove tea bags. Refrigerate within 1 hour. Discard left over tea after 24 hours.
